At TriStar Property Management, we value our relationships with local real estate professionals and are proud to be your trusted partner for Colorado Springs property management services. Whether you need management services for yourself or a client, we’d love to speak with you.

We offer full-service property management, including tenant placement and management, finance management, and property maintenance. Our priority is to help investors maximize their ROI and protect their financial investments.

We offer a referral fee to any licensed REALTOR® who refers a real estate investors who sign a property management agreement. We’re also looking to build a network of realtors that we can refer to if a client wishes to sell their investment property.

Referral Form

Referral fees of $200 paid to licensed REALTOR® for every investor sent that signs a PMA. Referrals given back to you for Investors looking to sell.
